We have successfully completed another workshop, Job Seekers Boot Camp Part 3, glimpses from the event can be found in this newsletter. I would like to thank all our partners and supporters who have helped us to make this happen, and all the speakers and experts who provide guidance and valued inputs. Attended by around 30 enthusiastic migrants, who wanted to upskill for change, with the Job Seekers Boot camp, we hope we delivered something useful.
A big thanks to our chief guest, Dr Gaurav Sharma MP for Hamilton West who gave an inspiring talk and some tips & tricks for job hunting. Raj Pardeep Singh from Legal Associates Papatoetoe, who shared some very imp immigration updates. Thanks to all our specialist speakers, for sharing their wisdom and knowledge with the attendees: Ciao Chen, Ruby Baker, Margie Gilbride from English Language Partners Auckland Central & West, Anisha Nalin.
