2021 Resident Visa prioritisation

Immigration New Zealand will prioritise processing of eligible 2021 Resident Visa applications from those separated from offshore partners and/or dependent children. These measures will benefit those affected by the decision to extend the 2021 Resident Visa processing timeframe from 12 to 18 months.

We recognise families separated by COVID-19 restrictions are eager to reunite.

Fair Pay Agreements has passed into law.

What Fair Pay Agreements are

Fair Pay Agreements (FPA) bring together unions and employer associations within a sector to bargain for minimum employment terms for all covered employees in an industry or occupation. This means that employee and employer representatives will meet to discuss and agree on a set of employment terms for the work being done.
