Migrant Careers Support Trust aims to help migrants carve a successful career path for themselves.

As a trust, we are concerned with the issues of our migrant communities, especially their career journeys. The greater mission of the trust is to achieve social equity, inclusion, and social cohesion through better economic integration of the migrant workers and people from ethnic communities, in the New Zealand society.

This mission has paved the way for the Career Clinic Project – our endeavour to get closer to making a marked difference in the lives of our migrants.

We invite your involvement in this project by participating in and distributing the following survey for whānau and students to your organisation and networks.

We are hopeful of hearing as many ethnically and culturally diverse perspectives and voices as possible. Hearing the ideas and experiences of whānau and students in NZ schools can help build our understanding of how schools can better cater for ethnic diversity in the future.
